Annual Open House
Saturday, March 27, 2010, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association (SCAVMA) hosts the Annual Open House in the spring each year. The event features a variety of exhibits, demonstrations, seminars, and public tours of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

The purpose of the Open House is to showcase the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, provide information about the veterinary profession and careers in veterinary medicine, celebrate the role of animals in people's lives, and provide fun and entertainment for the community.

The Open House is free and open to the public. No registration is required.


Schedule & Directions

  • The 2010 Open House schedule will be posted in March, 2010.
  • Check the driving directions to the VMRCVM Open House event on the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, VA.
